Scalable, versatile pick-to-light solution

PTL110 pick-to-light devices are multifunctional indicators with optional touch button, optical sensor, and three-digit display, connected in series to create a powerful picking system. With fast response times and flexible installation options, PTL110 systems improve speed, productivity, and quality in picking, kitting and related applications

Cascadable

Cascade 64 or more units under standard usage with a single power supply. It is possible to cascade more than 200 depending upon the power supply used, cable length, and device usage.

M12 connectors enable fast daisy chain connections, and all models can be used as the first, middle, or last unit simplifying ordering and stocking requirements.

PTL110 pick-to-light devices are powered by PICK-IQ™, a purpose-built, Modbus compatible serial bus protocol that uses a Common ID to reduce the typical latency that results from polling multiple devices. The high response speed at scale makes PTL110 an ideal solution for production lines and fulfillment stations that require many pick points while maintaining a rapid pace to exceed productivity targets.

Monitoring pick metrics for speed and accuracy allows users to measure labor usage, monitor production, and inventory levels, respond to quality events, and replicate successes.
