With a 5 millisecond response time, the F3SG Light Curtain allows for minimal safety distances, reducing the footprint required for machine guarding and freeing up valuable floor space.

Troubleshooting is made easier with an onboard QR code. Simply scan it with your phone to access step-by-step diagnostics and support based on what the system is detecting—no manual required.
All models come standard with an M12 connector, featuring a click-lock mechanism to confirm proper connection. This helps simplify setup and improves connection reliability in the field.
Intelligent Tap + Optional Bluetooth Programming
One standout accessory is the Intelligent Tap, a controller that allows you to program your light curtain without a laptop. Using DIP switches, you can adjust operational settings directly within the tap—ideal for field adjustments or environments where bringing a PC isn’t practical.
To go even further, Omron also offers a Bluetooth programming module that mounts directly to the Intelligent Tap. This allows configuration via laptop or smartphone for complete wireless control. Both components are sold separately but integrate seamlessly with the F3SG system.
