LFlow Sensing with Zero Downtime

LoTraditional inline flow sensors require plumbing modifications and system shutdowns to install or replace. The PFUW changes the game with a non-invasive clamp-on design. Using simple band straps and two screws, the sensor can be installed in minutes, making it ideal for:

Once installed, the sensor securely monitors the flow of liquids—without ever contacting the fluid inside the pipe.

In the demo, Amos sets the sensor to switch a discrete output when the flow exceeds 2 GPM, triggering a red-to-green indicator light—showcasing how easy it is to integrate the sensor into visual or control-based feedback loops.

Flow rate detection from 0 to 26 gallons per minute

No clogging or pressure drop, since there’s no contact with the liquid

No contamination risk or material compatibility issues

Digital color display with customizable orientation and contrast

Outputs include analog (1–5 V, 4–20 mA), discrete PNP/NPN, and IO-Link

Real-time visibility of flow rate, accumulated volume, setpoints, IO-Link status, and more

Smart Integration, Standalone or PLC-Based
