MC Heavy Loader Series

With high wrist torque and large operating envelope, the MC Series heavy loading robots are opening up a new era of heavy loading robots. Simple construction has no counterweights or parallel linkage on MC350 and MC280L models. Compact arm design requires minimal installation space for heavy payload robot. Welding cables and hoses routed inside hollow arms provides excellent life.

SC Super Heavy Loader Series

The SC super heavy loader robots, with huge load capacity and reach, are excellent for jobs tat require heavy lifting. The SC series' large vertical stroke allows more flexible production lines by replacing conventional specialized machinery, such as auto body loaders, with robots.

The MC and SC Series are specifically designed for heavy and repetitive lifting tasks from 280kg up to 1000kg. Long versions are available for extended reach applications. Superior strength, rigidity, and reach allow these series to excel in large scale lifting operations including car bodies, engine, foundry components, and many other  heavy industrial products.

Applications

Handling and transport

Robots load work pieces into machining centers and move parts between processes during parts manufacturing. A single robot can tend multiple machines by synchronizing the various cycle times. Selecting the right robot for the job means a compact operation with excellent maintainability.

Deburring and polishing

Robots de-burr cast parts and machined parts and grind welding beads.

Press operation handling
