Optex CD33-L Specular Reflective Laser Measurement
Compact laser high accuracy laser measurement sensor for specular and transparent objects
- Transparent Glass Measurement: Ability to measure 1st surface of transparent material or 1st and 2nd surface for measuring thickness
- Flexibility: Current, voltage, and serial output options
- Digital Sub Pixel Processing: Enables accurate measuring by reproducing the genuine value of incoming light
- High Resolution Electronic Shutter: Maintains a constant level even when surface conditions are uneven
- Easy Set-up: Intuitive display and teach function speeds up set-up time
Thickness Measurements of Transparent
When using a specular reflection type to measure transparent objects, not only surface displacement, but also thickness can be measured. When the laser light is emitted at an angle, light reflected from both the front and rear surfaces of the glass are received by receiver element. Thickness measurement are possible by measuring between the beak of these reflected light foforms. .
Applications
Using specular mode for detecting mask height and glass substrate thickness.
Laser displacement sensor CD33-L measures distance to FPD glass surface for controlling focus of the microscope of the repair system.
