JOB SUMMARY

The data Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring our data is complete and accurate. In this role, the Data Quality Analyst will build and maintain various processes as needed to streamline and fast-track data gathering and manipulation. This role is integral in our mission to provide customers, vendors and employees with the best, most accurate information possible. The role is best suited for someone who enjoys manipulating data in excel, digging into databases to discover its secrets, and automating manual processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain the following processes:
    • Part set-up (maintaining consistency)
    • Rebates (entry, submission, review, etc.)
    • Special Pricing agreements (SPA's)
  • Upload pricing files and ensure accuracy of pricing systems
  • Serve as database manager
  • Work with various departments in improving data processes

    QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management, or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field and two+ years of experience preferred.
    • Excel expert
    • Working knowledge of Crystal Reporting 
    • Epicor Prophet 21 ERP experience (preferred)
    • Experience working directly with company data while leveraging Excel, Database, etc.
    • High attention to detail
    • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills 
    • Good planning and organizational skills
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented organized and energetic
    • Unflappable with multiple ongoing projects
