Optex CD2H High-accuracy Laser Displacement Sensor
Best-in-class, All-in-one Laser Displacement Sensor with Broad line-up
The CD2H series from Optex FA is available in 12 different models with sensing distances that cover 25mm to 1.2 Meters. The CD2H uses high accuracy high speed CMOS technology that allows very precise measurement and excellent linearity across the various ranges.
OLED Display
The display uses an Organic LED Display that provides a very easy to read display. The sensor also incorporates bright visible indicating lights with easy an easy to understand set-up menu.
Monitoring of the waveform helps to check amounts of received light for setting the best sensor installation angle.
Distance to display the measured value and the specific control output range in a bar graph.
Displays the current analog value (V/mA) when Output2 Mode is set to Analog output.
Problem solving digital output modes
1-point teaching-the output turns ON or OFF when the measured value passes a single threshold. Zone teaching-detect objects of a certain size, or to ignore objects outside a given area. FGS2-Ideal for applications where a background might cause false triggers, such as detecting small objects in front of a conveyor wall or machine structure.
When set at 200µs sampling rate and 128 sample period, the analog output for profiling parts is possible.
Combine CD2H with a IO-Link master for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance features. Use Optex UR Series.
Feedback-free high-speed shutter
CD2H is equipped with the ATMOS image sensor that provides Best-in-Class response performance.
ATMOS: Auto Tuning C-MOS unique algorithm realizes measurement without feedback process. Real-time measurement is realized, as momentary errors of measurement and delay in response are eliminated.
