Banner’s line of signal tower lights are premium LED-based products that are designed for long life and no maintenance. These rugged, yet stylish tower lights are completely flexible with pre-assembled or modular models to suit your application needs.

Tower Lights

TL70

The TL70 is the latest edition to the Banner Light Family and is a 70mm, modular LED indicator with extremely bright and uniform light. The modularity of the unit gives the user flexibility to customize tower lights as needed and change positions of the lights in the field.
The light segments have user-selectable solid ON or flashing states. You can stack up to 6 modules, with 5 different color choices, plus one audible per device. The TL70 can be ordered in modular form, or preassembled for easy installation.
The bright, uniform indicator segments appear gray when off to eliminate false indication from ambient light.
With a rugged and water-resistant polycarbonate housing, these lights provide an IP65 rating. The housing is available in either gray or black to match your varying machine needs.
There are several connection options to choose from including M12 quick disconnect, cabled and terminal-wired. The TL70 Light requires a supply voltage of 12 to 30 volts dc.

TL50

The TL50 Tower Light Family includes the standard tower light and beacon tower light. They are easy to install and provide highly visible operator guidance and equipment status indication.
The TL50 tower light family includes pre-configured and pre-assembled multi-segment indicators. Because no assembly or complex wiring is required, this light helps to reduce installation time.
There are 10 different color options available in the TL50 family. The tower light model can display up to 7 light segments in one device where the Beacon tower light model can display up to 5 light segments in one device. All tower lights have an optional audible function with variable intensity and 3 alert styles: Continuous, pulsed, and staccato.
With a Rugged ABS and polycarbonate housing these lights have both IP50 and IP67 rated models available. The housing can be ordered in either Gray or black to match your varying machine needs.

Indicators

Banner’s line of Indicators offer a wide variety of bright, highly visible models ranging from daylight visible to multiple colors in one device. Indicators have a rugged design for long-term use and require no additional protective box. Flexibility in design, size and mounting provides a unique solution for many indication applications.

K90

The K90L and K90TL Domed Indicators are rugged, 90mm indicator lights that provide extremely bright and uniform illumination from all directions and longer distances. The K90L models have a separate input wire for internally controlled flashing of the active color, while the K90TL models can be used as a multi-segment tower light, alternating between selected input colors to indicate multiple statuses.

The illuminated dome provides easy-to-see operator guidance.
The K90L can be configured with 1-5 different lights per device where the K90TL can be configured with 2-5 different lights per device to communicate multiple statuses.
With a rugged polycarbonate base and dome, these lights provide and IP67 rating.

K50

The K50L is Banner’s most popular indicator light. The smooth 50mm diameter dome gives uniform illumination from all directions. These indicators are completely epoxy encapsulated, which protects the electronics from the harshest environments, making them nearly indestructible.
You can configure the light with up to 3 colors in one device with 9 different colors options available.
The Energy-efficient LEDs are long-lasting for years of operation with zero maintenance.
Audible alarm models are available with several tones and intensity levels.
The K50L domed indicators can be rated IP50, IP67 or IP69K depending upon the type of light you select.
The base has internal and external threads allowing for a variety of mounting methods.

K30

The K30L indicators are rugged, cost effective and easy-to-install, providing simple indication solutions on the factory floor. These 30mm dome indictors have long-life LEDs for zero maintenance after installation.
The highly visible illuminated dome provides easy-to-see indication and operator guidance.
No tools are required with the easy to install 22mm threaded base mount.
You can choose from 9 different color options and up to 3 different colors in one device to communicate multiple statuses.
With a rugged epoxy encapsulated design these indicators provide an IP67 and IP69K rating. The K30L lights require a supply voltage of 10 to 30 Volts dc.

K50 Beacon

The K50 Beacon Indicators are extremely bright, making them ideal for indoor and outdoor areas with high levels of ambient light. The tough UV stabilized polycarbonate housing and epoxy encapsulated electronics allow for years of maintenance- free operation. They are available in 5 colors and a wide range of voltage levels to fit nearly any application.
The K50 Beacon indicator is available with LEDs emitting from the top and the perimeter or just the perimeter. Continuous, strobing and rotating models are available. The 1 or 2 color indicators require a supply voltage of 12 to 30 Volts dc. While the 1 color indicators are available in 85 to 130 Volts ac or 100 to 250 volts ac.
The rugged, sealed housing is rated to IP69K for high-pressure washdown environments.

S18 & S22

The overmolded IP69K rated design makes the S18L & S22L indicators extremely rugged and able to withstand harsh environments. There are standard intensity, daylight visible, and high intensity daylight visible models available in a variety of colors with either 18mm or 22mm bases.
These lights are designed for both panel mount and stand-alone applications. Up to 3 colors are available in one device allowing one light to replace 3 conventional panel indicators.
Daylight visible models can be used outdoors in direct sunlight or as miniature task or vision lights with extremely bright indication. All models meet NEMA 4 and 4X enclosure ratings.
